Rock Creek Residents,
The City of Moore has hired Silver Star Construction Co., Inc. to make improvements to Kelsi Drive. A meeting was held by the city on June 13 to discuss the details and answer questions to residents that will be impacted by this work. Attached is a copy of the presentation from the meeting. This documentation provides a scope of work, street map with each phase of work and
a detailed timeline. See below for a summary of the areas included with each phase of work and the schedule.
Phase 1 Kelsi Drive – between SE 8th , SE 10th , and SE 11th Street June 20 – August 3
Phase 2 Kelsi Drive – between SE 7th , SE 6th , SE 6th Circle, and SE 5th August 4 – September 15
The contractor is asking residents to assist during this project by using alternate routes to get to your home, turning off sprinkler systems, cooperating with the crews, allowing neighbors to use your driveway while concrete is curing in front of theirs, and do not allow children to play on equipment after hours.
