DUES MUST BE CURRENT, WITH NO KNOWN VIOLATIONS, OR POOL CARD WILL NOT BE ACTIVATED. NEW AND REPLACEMENT CARDS ARE $10 AND RESIDENT MUST SIGN POOL RULES.
Entering the Pool:
1. Scan the card at the gate reader
2. Pull up on the safety latch on the top of the gate
3. Push the gate open and make sure it closes behind you
