Q: What are the acceptable payment methods?
A: Payments can be made in cash or by check. If paying by check, please make it payable to Rock Creek HOA.

Q: What documents do I need to bring when turning in the Pool Use Agreement form?
A: Along with the Pool Use Agreement form, you will need to bring your payment and a proof of residency. The proof of residency can be a Driver’s License or a Utility Bill.

Q: How do I use my Pool Card to enter the Pool?
A:

  1. Scan the card at the gate reader
  2. Pull up on the safety latch on the top of the gate
  3. Push the gate open and make sure it closes behind you

Q: My Pool card will not let me in the pool?
A: You may have unpaid HOA dues, or an HOA violation.
